Become a Vinyl Fence Dealer

You can become a neighborhood dealer and order on-line at wholesale prices and we then waive the 15% shipping and handling fee on all future orders.

In order to qualify for dealer status just follow these simple steps:

1. Place your first order on-line. Your qualifying order must meet the minimums as posted on www.ranchfence.com or www.avinylfence.com. Your qualifying order will be subject to the normal 15% shipping and handling charge. Upon approval all future orders will have the shipping and handling fee waived.
   
   
2. Complete the Wholesale Vinyl dealer application below and fax it, mail it or e-mail it to us along with the processing fee of $125.00 to Wholesale Vinyl. You will be notified within 72 business hours of your acceptance. (If for some reason you are not accepted your processing fee will be completely refunded.
   
   
3. Upon approval you will be issued a dealer number and will be sent a sample package of all current sales literature (brochures) along with an order form for additional sales material. All dealer sales must be made through our web sites by either on-line purchase or via fax. Our dealer support number is always available during normal
   business hours (west coast time). Upon approval you will be qualified as a dealer for both ranch fence sales through ranchfence.com and residential sales through avinylfence.com. All future orders will sent to you or your customer without the 15% shipping and handling fee.

If you wish to become an exclusive neighborhood dealer in your zip code area include an additional $98.00 exclusive neighborhood dealer fee in addition to the $125.00 processing fee ($223.00) and we will not sign up other Wholesale Vinyl dealers in your zip code area. If you wish to be the exclusive neighborhood dealer in more than one zip code area just send $98.00 for each additional area. To maintain exclusive neighborhood dealer status you must purchase $5,000.00 worth of material through Wholesale Vinyl in your first 12 months per zip code area with an annual growth rate of 20% per year thereafter.

Both the Wholesale Vinyl processing fee and the exclusive neighborhood dealer fee are paid one time only. Wholesale Vinyl reserves the right to discontinue any dealership agreement at any time by simply returning the original $125.00 processing fee.
